An active Missions Team plans and promotes mission education, programs and activities with    hands-on experiences to ensure missions is a vital part of the church. We strive to encourage      our missionaries with financial, prayer and moral support.

  Mission workcamps, both foreign and home, are sponsored on a regular basis with fund               raising opportunities made available to support these trips. We feel that God blesses us so         that we may be a blessing to others. He wants and expects us to reach beyond ourselves to         our community, state, nation and world.  Some of our mission projects include:

  Volunteering at the USO

  Once a month, the Church of God of St Robert sends volunteers to work at the USO.  This is        our way of showing appreciation and respect for those serving our country.

  Food Packing Event

  In February, we had a food packing event to raise money to feed those in Nicaragua who are       less forunate.  For more information go to www.nicefoundation.org

  International Mission Trip

  Every year, we plan an international mission trip to help those in need in other countries. This       June, we traveled to Haiti where we built 2 houses and worked with a local orphanage.

  Fundraisers

  Our mission team does a great job of leading fundraisers to raise money for the volunteers          going on missions.  Every year, we have a church wide garage sale and a valentine's banquet.
